Code Maestro was founded in late 2023 by a small group of developers and machine learning engineers who had firsthand experience with the pain points of modern game development — slow iteration cycles, manual debugging, and rigid deployment systems.

What started as an internal productivity tool quickly gained interest from peers in the industry. Within months, Code Maestro evolved from a prototype to a robust development platform offering extensive project insights and onboarding help, code writing/editing/refactoring, and deep integration with popular game engines.

Alexander Goldybin

Alexander Goldybin is a serial en-trepreneur with over two decades of experience in technology, gaming, and company leadership. He previously served as CEO of the European division of a publicly traded company valued at over $5 billion, and has founded several ventures across gaming and AI. One of his most notable achievements is launching iLogos Game Studios, a major European game development company that supported dozens of titles for international partners.
Alexander brings to Code Maestro a strong business and strategic background, combined with a deep understanding of developer needs. His leadership is focused on delivering tools that are not only innovative but also practical, scalable, and accessible to both indie developers and large studios.

Max Slobodyanyuk, Ph.D

Dr. Max Slobodyanyuk is a seasoned founder and executive with a strong academic and technical background. He previously led iLogos Game Studios alongside Alexander, and later founded Nika Entertainment, which produced casual and mid-core games played by more than 60 million users globally. In addition to his experience in game production and product strategy, Max is an active angel investor in AI and software startups.
At Code Maestro, Max leads the technical direction and product evolution. His expertise lies in building intelligent development environments, optimizing developer workflows, and integrating machine learning into real-world coding tasks.
